When we receive your watch it'll go through a diagnostics process in our workshop and we'll share a final quote with you. If you don't want to proceed we'll return the watch to you free of charge, no questions asked. Once the quote has been agreed the work will be started and you can no longer change your mind at that point.

Yes, all serviced watches come with a 2 year mechanical warranty. This does not cover damage caused by dropping the watch or physical damage.

Once you share details about your watch our watchmakers will provide an estimate based on the model and work required. Not all services or repairs are the same and additional parts may be required, so we will perform a full diagnostic on your watch when it arrives with us and provide a final quote. This will be based on our hands-on diagnostic by our watchmakers and an understanding of exactly what work is required.

We're based in London. Our workshop has recently been fitted with state of the art equipment and we're expecting to gain manufacturer accreditations.

Yes, your watch is fully insured throughout the process from the moment it's collected by the courier, and all watches are stored in a secure facility. We'll include an 'insured amount' when we provide your estimate, this will be the amount up to which your specific watch is insured through the process.
