Full Service

Step 1 - We will carry out a full diagnostic of your watch to assess it's current mechanical condition and identify any issues in need of rectifying.

Step 2 - If any additional parts are required we will update your quote with no obligation if you do not wish to proceed

Step 3 - We will strip down your watch and fully disassemble the movement. Each part will be inspected, cleaned and re-lubricated. Worn parts will be replaced as necessary.

Step 4 - Your watch will be re-assembled, regulated and tested. These tests take place over a number of days, in multiple positions on the timegrapher, we also test for power reserve, automatic winding, and waterproofness.

Step 5 - Once complete, your watch will be returned to you with fully insured express delivery

We provide free fully insured collection and delivery for watches up to £40,000 in value. For any watches over the value we will make arrangements with you on booking.

We aim to complete all works within 4-6 weeks of receiving your watch. If for any reason we expect the work to take longer than this we will let you know.

All service work comes complete with our 2 year warranty.
